Prof. Barry Lesser is currently a Professor of Economics and the China Program Director in the Department of Economics at Dalhousie University. He is researching on the economics of transition in Central and Eastern Europe, structural adjustment in developing countries and European Union Centre of Excellence. He has published in top journals such as Social Economics, Post-Communist Economies and Open Economies Review.
