The 15th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals co-sponsored by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government was held in Shenzhen on April 16. Ma Kai, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau and Vice-Premier, addressed the opening ceremony. SDU President Zhang Rong attended the meeting on invitation and discussed the internationalization of higher education and the "Double First Rate" construction on the First International Forum on Education and Talent Development.
