Shandong University and Beijing-based academic publishers KeAi Press recently founded an open access English journal called ChemPhysMater.
The homepage of the journal (http://www.keaipublishing.com/cn/journals/chemphysmater/) has been opened and has begun accepting contributions from domestic and international authors.
The goal of ChemPhysMater is reportedly to establish a world-class academic journal in the fields of chemistry, physics and materials, looking at the dynamic and original research achievements of interdisciplinary research. It will focus on the latest advances and innovations in theories, synthesis and assemblies in chemistry, physics and materials.
In addition, it will pay close attention to the advanced characterization methods of soft and functional materials, as well as applications and important research progress in optics, electricity, magnetism, catalysis, biology and other fields.
The editorial board is composed of 50 leading international experts from 14 countries. Qian Yitai, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is editor-in-chief.
The associate editors are Flemming Besenbacher, an academician of the Danish Academy of Sciences, Kiet Tieu, an academician of the Australian Academy of Science and SDU professors Hao Jingcheng, Chen Feng and Zhao Guoqun.
