On May 31, Shandong University (SDU) organized an online and offline event to showcase the scientific and technological achievements ofthe integration of Jinan-based universities and the city.

The majority of the sci-tech breakthroughs announced at this event werein the fields of crystal materials, electronics, and high-end equipment.

A collaboration agreement on the construction of a technology transfer sub-center was signed by Pan Lihao, deputy director of Mingshui Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Wang Guangchang, deputy director of Shandong University's Technology Transfer Center.

During the key projects signing session in Jinan, six key projects were signed, including a sewage clearing underwater operation robot development technology project, an institute of molecular imaging for nuclear medicine, and a joint laboratory of biological cell therapy technology, all of which will help the city's integrated development of science and technology industries.

During the announcement session, SDU's School of Crystal Materials, Sinoma Synthetic Crystals Co, and Qilu University of Technology's New Material Research Institute showcased their most recent research and development accomplishments.

Experts and professors in domains such as crystal materials, semiconductor materials, and electronic engineering held roadshows to present their most recent research and development findings.
