Shandong University hosted a tea gathering and a special concert to celebrate the 40th Teachers' Day on September 10.

Ren Youqun, Party secretary of Shandong University, and Li Shucai, president of Shandong University, attended the events and extended their greetings to the teachers working diligently on the front lines of education. They also gave heartfelt thanks to the teachers' families for their long-term care and support for the university's development.

They noted that the university's outstanding achievements in teaching reforms, scientific research, and talent development would not have been possible without the full support and selfless dedication of teachers and their families.

The university will continue to care for and support its teachers' growth and development, consistently improving and perfecting support measures to create a better environment for teachers to focus on their teaching and research, they said.
