Delegation from Shandong University (SDU) attended the 2nd Uzbekistan-China Education Forum held from Nov 2 to 3 at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

The forum has been established to promote joint talent cultivation, facilitate faculty and student mobility, and build a mutually beneficial platform for deepening educational cooperation between the two nations.

The delegations from SDU and Tashkent State Technical University exchanged agreement on educational cooperation. They engaged in in-depth discussions focused on various strategic areas, including disciplinary development, collaborative research initiatives, mutual visits by faculty and students, and joint student training programs.

The SDU delegation also held productive meetings with other leading Uzbek institutions, including Samarkand State University and the Andijan State Medical Institute. These discussions centered on identifying future directions for partnership and establishing a solid foundation for expanding the scope of bilateral academic engagement.
