The first Sino-Vietnam Elite Talent Joint Training Program was held at the Jinan campus of Shandong University (SDU) on March 3.

This milestone event welcomed 20 outstanding students from Vietnam's top universities, marking the start of their specialized academic and industrial journey in China.

The program is a collaborative effort between Shandong University, Vietnam National University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Goertek. It represents the official operational launch of SDU's innovative international industry-education fusion model, which integrates technological innovation, industry synergy, and talent development as a trinity.

After the opening ceremony, the Vietnamese group began an immersive field study on March 4. Accompanied by their teaching team, the students visited Goertek to gain firsthand insights into leading-smart manufacturing technologies and the company's corporate culture. This hands-on industrial engagement is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical application.

By fostering this strategic partnership between academia and the private sector, the program aims to develop a new generation of cross-border professionals equipped to navigate the complexities of modern intelligent manufacturing.
