Bio:
Ye Chuang, received his DPhil from Peking University and has now taught there, appointed in both the Institute of Foreign Philosophy and the Department of Philosophy, for over two decades. His central research interests lie in philosophy of language and metaphysics. Much of his current work focuses on semantics of sentences containing fictional names, and metaphysics of fictional and other abstract objects.
