Abstract:
In this presentation, Penn State Law Assistant Dean Stephen Barnes presents how Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream Speech” inspired an innovative interpretation of the Commerce Clause. In addition, Penn State Law Assistant Dean presents Penn State Law’s curriculum and programs in the context of the U.S. legal and education system. He will also explain how to apply to the LL.M. Program and qualify for a top scholarship.
Bio:
Prof. Stephen Barnes completed his Ph.D. from University of Oregon School of Law in 1997. He is currently Director of China Programs at Pennsylvania State University (PSU) Dic
