Abstract:
With the networking and intelligentization of control systems, the issue of multi-participation and multi-party information protection has become more and more important. How to organically combine the existing parameter identification and control theory with information security technology to form an integrated analysis and design is an important issue facing the field of system control. For a class of random moving average models, we study the problem of parameter security identification under multi-person cooperation. Using the Paillier cryptosystem, we propose a cryptographically secure least squares identification algorithm. The algorithm ensures that each participant can identify the parameters of the system in collaboration with other participants without leaking their own input. At the same time, we also proposed a differential privacy algorithm based on the random approximation algorithm for the security protection of the initial state of the multi-body system, which proved theε-differential privacy and convergence of the algorithm.
