Abstract:

In this talk, we discuss ground states of two-dimensional attractive Bose gases confined in a rotating magnetic trap. By analyzing the refined expansions of ground states, we mainly illustrate how to prove the nonexistence of vortices for ground states, and how the shape of trapping potentials V(x) affects ground states.
