Speaker: Lu-Ming Zhang is a current PhD student, under the supervision of Peter Allen, Jozef Skokan, and Julia Böttcher, and Class Teacher at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He obtained his first MSc in Mathematics and Foundations of Computer Science at the University of Oxford and his second MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London. He obtained his Bachelor of Mathematics in Combinatorics & Optimization, Pure Mathematics, and Psychology Minor at the University of Waterloo. He and his coauthor resolved a long-standing open problem in pseudo randomness posed by Rudich in the 90s.
