Personal reservation

●The gymnasium offers online appointment or on-site registration for teachers and students based on the "first-come, first-served" principle. It is free for teachers and students who hold official campus ID cards.

●The appointment date should be scheduled two days in advance. People can make appointments from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every day.

●People who want to make appointments are required to bring their campus ID cards and make registration 15 minutes before their appointment time, or the reservation will be cancelled. Those who miss the appointment twice will be disqualified.

●Unreserved facilities and automatically canceled facilities are available for teachers and students to use on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Group reservation

●When making an appointment for group activities, please fill out the "Sports Stadium Application and Notice" and submit it to the School of Physical Education, Shandong University.

●The maximum number of people for indoor group activities is twice of that for the venue.

●The reservation date should be made five days in advance. After the appointment is approved, the person in charge of the activity is requested to bring the "Sports Stadium Application and Notice" and contact the staff member in the corresponding gym one day before the activity.

●If the appointment is not confirmed within the time limit, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and those who fail to keep an appointment twice will be disqualified from making an appointment.

Stadium reservation

●The school has indoor spaces for badminton and table tennis as well as basketball courts for teachers and students.

●How to Make an Appointment: Visit the official website of Shandong University, click on Information Service, search Venue Reservation in Services, choose the Scheduled Appointment Date, Campus, Venue Number, Service Time, and fill out other Personal Information.

Group appointment

Group appointments should be made by the teacher on duty in the OA system. When applying, please specify the time and content, and submit the "Sports Stadium Application and Notice (for teachers, students, and medical staff members)".
