The School of Microelectronics of Shandong University (SDU) organized an online livestreaming tour at Shandong Province High Performance Micro and Nano Devices and Chip Integration Engineering Technology Research Center's ultra-clean laboratory.

The online tour was hosted by the school's faculty, Wang Yiming and Jia Lei.

Jia introduced the lab's equipment distribution and functional layout, while Wang focused on introducing the primary large instruments in the ultra-clean lab, including their names, principles, applications, and precision.

Wang showcased the achievements of several large instruments, such as flexible electronic devices, to students in order to demonstrate the cutting-edge technology of the chip industry.

Two teachers also showed students each section of the ultra-clean laboratory, from the cleaning table to various precision instruments, as well as the instruments' parameter, and working environment and principle.

A total of 739 viewers took part in the online ultra-clean laboratory tour.
