On June 19, Shandong University's 2022 graduation ceremony for undergraduate students was held at the Central Campus.

At the ceremony, SDU President Fan Liming gave heartfelt congratulations to graduates and paid tribute to the faculty and staff for their support and dedication to the students.

According to Fan, the graduates rose to challenges and accomplished a range of duties with a high standard.

Fan also expressed the hope that students will uphold SDU's ethos by becoming the leader who take our time's responsibility bravely.

At the event, Fan delivered three wishes to the graduates. Integrity comes first. She wishes for the graduates to develop a bold spirit, aspire to great things, and maintain their devotion and commitment to the country and its people.

The second is to have a strong will. She hopes that the graduates will stand up to failure or setbacks with accumulated strength.

The third is to be truth-seeking, pragmatic, pioneering and innovative. She hopes that the graduates will strive to be leaders, pioneers and devotees of the times.
