A postgraduate graduation ceremony for the 2022 master's and doctoral graduates was held by Shandong University on June 20 at the Central Campus.

SDU's president, Fan Liming, congratulated the graduates and thanked the faculty and staff.

At the graduation ceremony, Fan addressed the graduates and urged them to live in accordance with the times and assume responsibility for the future of their own lives, the country, and the globe.

Fan said that she hopes the graduates will develop the right morals, mindset, and worldview.

She also wished for the graduates to demonstrate their deep love for the nation, the people, and the country through their tireless efforts.

In addition, she said that she hopes the graduates will view the world with appreciation, mutual learning, and sharing, as well as shoulder responsibility in seeking advancement for the world and humanity, work to improve cross-cultural communication, and contribute to the peaceful coexistence of various civilizations and maintaining a shared community of human beings.
