On March 4th, a four-person delegation led by Prof. Takehiko Koji, Vice-President of Nagasaki University, and Dr. Atsushi Matsuo, Director of International Exchange Division, visited SDU and signed a cooperation agreement as well as a memorandum of understanding regarding exchange students between the two universities. Vice-President Zhang Yun met with the guests.

Nagasaki University takes the lead in the field of civil engineering in Japan and has already established a long-term and close relationship with the SDU School of Civil Engineering. Extended cooperation will likely include the fields of environment, chemistry and life science.
