IEEE ICCT, founded in 1986, is known as the largest and most improtant high-level international conference held by Chinese communictions sysytem. The topics include all of the theories and technicals in communication field. It is deemed as China's ICC (the top Flagship session of IEEE International Communications Conference). Up to now 12 times has been held.

The 13th ICCT 2011 has embodied 280 papers from 26 countries and regions, such as China, the United States, Britain and Germany etc. And about 400 experts and schlors will participate in the conference.
